Here’s an estimated breakdown based on an example of a $1,000,000 home sale:

  • 50k (5%) plus hst, total commission.
  • 25k (2.5%): To the Buyer’s Agent. This incentivizes other agents to bring qualified buyers, significantly increasing your home’s exposure.
  • 5k: Brokerage fees, marketing, staging consult, professional photos, video, dedicated website for your home, social media exposure and so much more…
  • 20k: to our team (agents, coach, admin)
  • 8k: income tax deduction (40% of the 20k above)
  • 12k left to split between our team
